If the item is returned or a return request is made after the 30-day period, we cannot honour the above money back guarantee. The money back guarantee commences upon the individual receiving the order and finishes 30 days thereafter.

When returning your hair system, please post the item in a well packaged cardboard box as recorded delivery and making sure that you receive proof of postage receipt.

Place your hair system into a packaged box, no more than 250mm wide, (9.8 inches) and 38mm length (1.4 inches). Please click here for an example of the measurements.

A team member will be in contact once they have received your package to process your return claim. Additionally, please provide the reason for your return with your packaged item. Please download the following returns form here.

All stock and bespoke hair system orders are sent recorded delivery with a tracking number and proof of postage is stored on file. Our team will contact you to confirm the dispatch of the item and the expected delivery date. Any orders that have not been delivered due to postal service issues, will be followed up upon once we are made aware of said issue. Additionally, all accessory orders processed are posted second class with proof of postage.

Our shipping rates for accessories are £4.95 per item, first class delivery and additional, £1 for every item added to your cart. If an accessory item is added alongside your hair system order, then you will still be charged £4.95 for the accessory item, and any additional costs, based on how many items you add to your cart.

We recommend a wait time up to 10 days for all stock hair systems orders to be received at the latest. While there is a 12 to 14 week wait time for bespoke system orders.
